These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Étoile website and any orders you place with Étoile (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date these Terms were last revised is shown at the top and bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen or photography lighting.

When you place an order, you offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in line with our policies.

Made-to-measure and size-specific items are produced based on the size or measurements you provide at checkout. You are responsible for choosing the correct standard size from our guide or entering accurate custom measurements.

For the best fit, choose the standard size that most closely matches your body measurements, or provide precise measurements when requested. Incorrect size selection or inaccurate measurements are a common cause of fit issues.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a problem is due to a defect or error on our part, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

We do not offer replacements or refunds where a fit or sizing problem arises from your choice of size, from measurements you supplied, or from factors outside our control (for example, change of mind after a correctly made custom or sized order). This does not affect your rights where something is faulty or not as described under applicable law.

Prices are as shown on the site at checkout, in the currency you select where available. Delivery or other fees may be added before you pay and will be shown clearly.

Payment is processed through our chosen payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Delivery options, timelines, and fees are described at checkout or in your order confirmation where applicable. Time estimates are not guaranteed but we will do our best to keep you informed of delays we know about.

Risk of loss for physical goods passes to you when the carrier records delivery to the address you provided, unless applicable law says otherwise.

Because many of our pieces are made to order or sized for you, returns and exchanges may be limited.

The same sizing guidance shown on product pages when you choose a size also applies here: if you select a standard size from our guide, choose the one that best matches your measurements so we can tailor with confidence and help avoid fit issues. If you provide custom measurements, double-check each number in inches — small mistakes are the most common cause of fit problems.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds when a fit issue comes from size or measurement choices rather than a fault in our work. Thank you for understanding. This is the same policy we show when you select a size on a product page. For defects and workmanship, see “Sizing, fit & quality” above.

For any return or exchange we do accept, items must be unworn, with tags attached where supplied, and returned as we instruct. Specific instructions will be provided when you contact us.

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Étoile or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempt to interfere with security or availability, and no automated scraping that harms our systems or users.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Our total liability for any claim relating to a given order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nigeria have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
